We’ve kicked off 2024 with a bang; however, we have more unique & robust community engagement opportunities headed your way.

In January we held the 4th Leadership Legacy Series featuring Curley M. Dossman, Jr., President, Georgia-Pacific Community Affairs & Vice-President, Koch Companies Community Fund. Curley shared valuable advice and tips for community leadership. It was also fun to see Milton J. Little, Jr. & Curley reminisce about their days on the campus of Morehouse College in 1973. If you missed it, please click here to view the recording.

It was also a delight to welcome Omari Hardwick, lead actor, poet & Georgia native to headline the 8th annual Leadership Luncheon. He electrified the audience with his enthusiasm for philanthropy. This event is a fundraiser for AAP’s signature cause: Powering the Potential of African-American boys and young men towards academic achievement. Thanks to the support of more than 40 corporate sponsors and host committee members, AAP had a substantial increase closer to the next milestone of $2M in net youth development investment.

Please mark your calendars for the remaining 2024 AAP Engagement Opportunities:
